Refunds & Returns

1. Overview
Our goal is to ensure total satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our business and the variety of products and services we offer, we have established the following guidelines regarding refunds and returns. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Digital Products & Services
For digital goods, templates, or professional services:
Digital Downloads: Due to the “instant access” nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable templates or files are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.
Service Deposits: Deposits for professional services are generally non-refundable as they secure your spot in our operational calendar.
Completed Services: Once a service has been rendered and approved, no refunds will be issued.
3. Physical Goods
For physical products:
Return Window: Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom-made/bespoke products, or personal care items, cannot be returned.
4. The Refund Process
Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at the email address on our contact page with photographic evidence. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for any verified faults.
6. Cancellations
Product Orders: Orders for physical goods can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the shipping process.
Service Appointments: For service-based businesses, we require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.
